De hecho, todos ya poseen la versión completa de nuestro software. Lo único que tiene que hacer es simplemente descargarlo de nuestro página web. Nosotros también regalamos el CD-ROM junto con nuestro software en ferias comerciales o a petición de los interesados a través de tel./fax/e-mail.

• ¿Cual es la configuración mínima requerida para mi computadora?

Los requisitos mínimos de la computadora:
- Computadora PC funcionando bajo Windows XP
- Procesador de velocidad de 1 Ghz
- Memoria Mo 512 (RAM)
- Tarjeta de video que soporte Microsoft Direct 3D con 32 Mb de Memoria
- Pantalla de 1024*768 pixeles

Los requisitos recomendados para la computadora:
- Computadora PC funcionando bajo Windows 7
- Procesador de velocidad de 2 Ghz, dual core
- Memoria de 1 Gb (RAM)
- Tarjeta de video que soporte Microsoft Direct 3D con 256 Mb de Memoria
- Pantalla de 1280*768 pixeles

• Mi interface no es detectada

• Tengo una interface SIUDI1-SIUDI2-SIUDI5 la cual no es detectada

- Estas interfaces de la generación vieja no son compatibles con SO de 64 bit. Utilice una PC con la versión 32bit de Windows
- Envíenos un e-mail con el número de serial de su interface y le mandaremos un enlace con la versión del software correcta.
  

• ¿Que son los

El enchufe del puerto es un enchufe HE10 con puerto de contacto seco. No necesita enviar ningún voltaje. Conecte un relevo de un interruptor. Cuando uno de los pines del puerto hace cortocircuito con el pin de tierra, la escena será provocada y permanecerá activa aún después de que el puerto haya sido soltado. Puede combinar los puertos en el código binario para que pueda tener más disparadores. Nosotros no hacemos ningún interruptor para éstos, de todas maneras puede encontrar más información e inclusive enlaces de algunos fabricantes en el manual de hardware. 

• No tengo salida DMX

• Tengo un mensaje que dice que debo actualizar mi firmware. ¿Qué significa esto?

El firmware es el código que está almacenado dentro del chip de memoria de su interface. Incluye información importante que le permite a su interface comunicarse con la computadora y funcionar en modo autónomo. A veces le hacemos actualizaciones al firmware, o actualizamos el software el cual requiere una actualización del firmware para trabajar apropiadamente.

Para actualizar su firmware:
1. Asegúrese de que tiene la última versión de software instalada de nuestra página web.
2. Cierre cualquier software DMX que tenga activado y abra "tools.exe" el cual puede ser encontrado en su directorio inicial del software (ej.: C:->ESAPRO->tools.exe). También puede encontrar esto en el menú de inicio-> menú archivo de programas.

3. Seleccione la etiqueta de firmware y presione actualización de firmware
4. Espere 30 segundos mientras el firmware se actualiza y la interface reinicia. Le aparecerá "Interface no detectada" mientras su interface se está reiniciando.

• Where is the user manual?

You are already using a computer to run the software on, so why should we waste paper and ink and damage the environment by printing thousands of manuals in 10+ languages? You can view the manuals online or download a PDF if you need offline access.

• Can you give me a list of all the software you develop?

• My date and time triggers don´t work!

STICKs with serial numbers <3000 store the clock inside a capacitor. This means that if power is lost to the unit for more than 10 minutes the time will need to be reset. STICKs with serial numbers >3000 have a battery option so that the clock time may be stored for much longer in case of a power cut.
The time can be checked by holding select + 1
The date can be checked by holding select + 2
The time can be set by holding select + 3

Note: 0 and 9 are represented by the left and right of the touch fader respectively.

• What is the S.T.I.C.K. and what does the name mean?

The name stands for "Sunlite Touch-sensitive Intelligent Control Keypad." It is a DMX lighting controller and user interface all built into 1 innovative and revolutionary product.

• Is this a complete controller? Do I need other Sunlite interfaces to control my lights?

No need for any other Sunlite interfaces. The S.T.I.C.K. is a complete stand alone controller that incorporates a touch-sensitive keypad.

• Which software can be used?

The STICK has been designed to be used with Easy Stand Alone Pro but can also be used with Easy Stand Alone and Sunlite Suite 2.

• How many scenes/programs can I store into the memory?

The STICK may control up to 200 scenes spread across 5 pages.

• What is the maximum length for these scenes/programs?

The length (and complexity) of each scene is practically unlimited. Programs are stored in flash memory cards (mini SDcard, same as digital cameras). File sizes are very small, and you can always upgrade to a higher capacity card.

• What do you mean by "touch-sensitive"?

The technology used in the STICK does not require any moving parts. Just like the latest mobile phones and MP3 players, you simply need to touch the surface of the keypad to control your lighting.

• What is the main purpose of the STICKs touch sensitive fader?

This fader can be used to modify the Dimmer, Speed, or Color of the current scene/program.

• Where can I connect the USB, DMX512, and Power cables?

Both DMX512 and Power will be connected from the back using a simple connector block and screwdriver. For USB communication with the computer, a USB-mini connector is available from the bottom.

• What accessories will be included when I purchase a STICK?

Typically you should receive the STICK interface, the block connector in the back (to screw in the DMX output and power leads), power supply, USB cable, installation CD, user's manual, and a flash memory card.

• What options will I have for external or remote triggering?

Initially, there will be 8 I/O (simple dry contact closure) ports, along with RS232 (serial) and InfraRed receiver compatible with universal remote controls. 

• What about Ethernet network (RJ45) connection?

A small extension card (with an RJ45 connector) is available as part of the "com+" option. This allows you to connect the STICK to an Ethernet network and trigger scenes from your smartphone. This option will soon allow new features such as internet triggering as well as master/slave synchronization.

• Do you offer the STICK in different colors?

The available colors are black and white.

• Can I customize the front image (keyboard face) myself?

YES, the STICK uses standard 11x15cm photographic paper, covered by a transparent surface. You can replace it yourself if you want, just be careful to keep the same positions for the buttons and fader in your own design. You can use the STICK Design Center to help you.

• If we need to control more than 1024 channels, do we need 2 S.T.I.C.Ks?

YES, each of them will control 2 DMX universes (1024 channels) and you will need the COM+ option (ethernet) in order to synchronize the controllers.

• What is the required power for the stick?

The STICK is 9V DC. The included power supply is 110/220V compatible.
