TIME CODE triggering
For "Light/Sound/Video" applications, it is important to synchronize all the devices. The standard signal is the SMPTE TIME CODE (SMPTE) or its MIDI conversion the MIDI TIME CODE (MTC). The MTC is easier to use because you only need a MIDI interface on your computer to use it.
Remarks:
· requires MIDI functions in your software
· the use of the SMPTE TIME CODE requires a SMPTE/MTC converter like the Midiman Syncman
