We have been manufacturing DMX software and hardware for over 20 years. We OEM our software and interfaces to several other companies who sell them under their own brand. All products you see on this website are designed and manufactured by us.
You can purchase direct from us or from one of our distributors. See the distributors page to find your local reseller.
Sometimes we may consider providing training for your staff at our offices. Alternatively we have many partners who provide support all over the world. Drop us an e-mail and we will put you in touch with someone.
In fact, everyone already owns our full-version software programs. All you have to do is simply download them from our website. We also give the CDROM away together with all our software at trade fairs or on request via tel./fax/e-mail.
Minimum computer requirements:
- PC computer working under Windows XP
- 1 Ghz speed processor
- 512 Mo Memory (RAM)
- video card supporting Microsoft Direct 3D with 32 Mb Memory
- 1024*768 pixel screen
Recommended computer requirements:
- PC Computer working under Windows 7
- 2 Ghz speed processor, dual core
- 1 Gb Memory (RAM)
- Video card supporting Microsoft Direct 3D with 256 Mb Memory

Make sure you are using the latest software version available from our website
See the "USB interface not detected" or "Ethernet interface not detected" troubleshooter
here
- These old generation USB-DMX interfaces are
not 64bit compatible. Use a PC with a 32bit version of Windows
- E-mail us your serial number and we will give you a link to the correct software version
The port socket is a HE10 dry contact port socket. No voltage needs to be sent. Connect a relay from a switch. When one of the port pins shorts with the ground pin, the scene will be triggered and will stay on even after the port has been released. You can combine the ports in binary to enable you to have more triggers. We do not make any switches for these, however more information including manufacturers links can be found in the hardware manual.

Firmware is the code which is stored inside your interface's memory chip. It includes important information to allow your interface to communicate with the computer and run in stand-alone. Sometimes we make updates to the firmware, or we will make a software update which will require a firmware update to work properly.
To update your firmware:
1. Make sure you have the latest software version installed from our website
2. Close any DMX software you may have running and open "tools.exe" which can be found in your software root directory (eg. C:->ESAPRO->tools.exe). You can also find this in the start->program files menu
3. Select the firmware tab and click update firmware
4. Wait 30 seconds whilst the firmware is updated and the interface resets. "Interface Not Detected" will appear whilst your interface is being reset
You are already using a computer to run the software on, so why should we waste paper and ink and damage the environment by printing thousands of manuals in 10+ languages? You can view the manuals online or download a PDF if you need offline access.
Below is a summery of all our interfaces and the software they are compatible with.

STICKs with serial numbers <3000 store the clock inside a capacitor. This means that if power is lost to the unit for more than 10 minutes the time will need to be reset. STICKs with serial numbers >3000 have a battery option so that the clock time may be stored for much longer in case of a power cut.
The time can be checked by holding select + 1
The date can be checked by holding select + 2
The time can be set by holding select + 3
The date can be set by holding select + 4
Note: 0 and 9 are represented by the left and right of the touch fader respectively.

The name stands for "Sunlite Touch-sensitive Intelligent Control Keypad." It is a DMX lighting controller and user interface all built into 1 innovative and revolutionary product.
No need for any other Sunlite interfaces. The S.T.I.C.K. is a complete stand alone controller that incorporates a touch-sensitive keypad.
The STICK has been designed to be used with Easy Stand Alone Pro but can also be used with Easy Stand Alone and Sunlite Suite 2.
The STICK may control up to 200 scenes spread across 5 pages.
The length (and complexity) of each scene is practically unlimited. Programs are stored in flash memory cards (mini SDcard, same as digital cameras). File sizes are very small, and you can always upgrade to a higher capacity card.
The technology used in the STICK does not require any moving parts. Just like the latest mobile phones and MP3 players, you simply need to touch the surface of the keypad to control your lighting.
This fader can be used to modify the Dimmer, Speed, or Color of the current scene/program.
Both DMX512 and Power will be connected from the back using a simple connector block and screwdriver. For USB communication with the computer, a USB-mini connector is available from the bottom.
Typically you should receive the STICK interface, the block connector in the back (to screw in the DMX output and power leads), power supply, USB cable, installation CD, user's manual, and a flash memory card.
Initially, there will be 8 I/O (simple dry contact closure) ports, along with RS232 (serial) and InfraRed receiver compatible with universal remote controls.
A small extension card (with an RJ45 connector) is available as part of the "com+" option. This allows you to connect the STICK to an Ethernet network and trigger scenes from your smartphone. This option will soon allow new features such as internet triggering as well as master/slave synchronization.
The available colors are black and white.
YES, the STICK uses standard 11x15cm photographic paper, covered by a transparent surface. You can replace it yourself if you want, just be careful to keep the same positions for the buttons and fader in your own design. You can use the STICK Design Center to help you.
YES, each of them will control 2 DMX universes (1024 channels) and you will need the COM+ option (ethernet) in order to synchronize the controllers.
The STICK is 9V DC. The included power supply is 110/220V compatible.
