Timeing from point to point

Hy,
there is the thing: when programing a scene with moving lights you creat a moving from point to point, then open shape properties, chose time property and there you get possibility to chose from 1 sec then 5 sec and so..Is it possible to program the time you actually want, fof example 2 sec for 1 unit, 7 sec for 2 unit and so?
