Problem w/2 fixtures

I have 8 Accu Spot 250 ll but I cant'n grab my Accu spot 2 & 5 any more . But if I change the adress of those 2 fixtures yes I can do it .the problem is in the software B'cause I can't even drag the fixtures on the 3D Visualizer on the lap top screen . I have Elation Compuware 2004 . Help Please .
