SIUDI 7 stop working after 5 min.

I'm using an HP Touchsmart IQ 500 PC 64 bit with the SIUDI 7A and it works for only about 5 minutes at a time before the interface ceases to work.
The red light stops blinking & the -PC letters begin to blink just a little. I have to quit the program, reconnect the module and start all over. But it only works for 5 minutes, sometimes more. Im using a 1280x720 resolution. any help PLEASE!!! my boss will kill me is this module dont work for next week opening.

Hi:
i tests the module on my other pc running in Windows XP. After 45 min it stops working twice. I will tested @ my house with my laptop running Vista 32bit an see what happen.

It is a firmware problem.

Hi:
Next week Im opening a new club & my old module don't have enough channels to move the new fixtures. Do you guys have a timetable for fixing this problem with the HP 64 bit? Please let me know ASAP. I have to much money invested and now Im very worried.

hi I have same problem how can I resolve this problem.
I have a show and is the performer change the scene with the botton + on the box.
I programme my firts scéne for 43min and after 5 and 12 minutes the light turn off.
What's the problem?

Open up the tools.exe and upgrade to the latest firmware. Let me know how you get on.
