Live Stage setup with LED Pars

We have a setup using 24 Lanta LED PAR cans in a 6 x 4 Matrix and some Lanta PAR 64 led Quads.
None of these are on the fixture libraries. but they are in theory really simple.
Really cant get started on this as the pages just dont seem to work well.
Channels are
PAR 64
1. Dimmer
2. Red
3. Green
4. Blue
5. Flash Rate

Par 64 Quad
1. Dimmer
2. Red
3. Green
4. Blue
5. White

None of the lights come on as the Dimmer chanel is never activated. Also

Any practical help would be gratefully recieved as it is driving me mad!

See here for info on requesting a fixture profile. It's always best to start with a good profile.

Check the library and request one from your online account if it's not there.

Alternatively you could build one yourself and check out the scan library video tutorials and user manual for more information. Make sure you have your default presets labelled correctly.

I have tried making profiles for these very simple fixtures but they just don't work as expected.
The scan library editor tutorial video and manuals are not very helpful as they don't explain what the different functions do and their consequences. you say to be sure to label the default presets correctly, how do know what is correct.
I am a programmer for other software and as such think I should be able to get to grips with this.
is there someone I can have some one to one training with as tiring to solve this on a forum isn't working.

I don't see any problems with our scan library documentation. It explains everything about the little software tool.

Because we don't need one. There used to be one and it wasn't used except for requesting profiles which can now be done from your user account
