can't connect sunlite suite to computer

when i connect sunlite suite to computer . only green led on .
my computer --> device manager ---> *** SIUDI5 Production***

- Software version ?
- Windows version ?
- 32 / 64 Bit ?
- computer specs ?
- USB interface ? version ?
- Serial number on interface ?
- Did the USB/DMX interface work before or are you a new user and try to get it working the frist time ?
