Problems with Sunlite2 Basic Interface

i've been unsing sunlite suite for a while and bought a second interface from the sunlite 2 range. today i tried this interface with suite 1 and had the problem that dmx channel 1-20 is permanently in use. even by a new show, with no fixtures or pages.... above channel 20 everything is fine.

how can i solve this ?

That sounds strange.

Are all the channels at 255?
This only happens with Suite1? Does it happen when you open with hardware configuration - tools.exe on the test tab?
