SUIDI 5C LIGHTS ONLY ORANGE LAMP

Hello i have problem with my interface the problem is that the interface connects with my computer i can install the driver and then the led lights orange and when i start the dmx software and attach one fixture and the red led is blinking but i cant move the fixture. I need help and i need it fast. Thanks. P.S. sorry for my bad english i hope you uderstand me.

Hi
Did you solve the problem? It sounds like a drive problem or your interface is broken.
-Try with a different USB socket
-Try with a different computer
-MAke sure you're using a 32 bit OS
