If you have been in contact with a Nicolaudie representative, enter their e-mail address in the space provided.
You will receive confirmation of the "return to" address, any possible charges and an RMA number to write on the package. In our experience, around 70% of problems can be fixed without returning the product. The main goal of the online RMA request form is to help you to solve the problem by yourself and offer a fast and effective service if you must return the goods.
