Support for Elation MIDIcon

I currently have the Orange interface as was wondering if you will add the Midi triggers to the ESA2. I see hints in the menus that there may be underlying support, but that it is currently not enabled or reachable. It would be nice to use the console as nothing more than a trigger with 32+ scene buttons.

ESA2 and Sunlite Suite 2 offer MIDI compatibility with the MIDIcon. If you have an orange box then this is a Suite2 interface or an old SL2006-BC.

We still have not been able to get ESA2 Beta to talk with the Suite FC interface, it sees the interface, but it never displays PC on the interface when the software is started. in the status box at the bottom of the window in ESA2, it does display the interface, and serial number.
