driver problem

hello I just received my box siudi6 I install any drivers when I plug in the case of windows demarage no problem with the cons if I disconnected and reconnected my pilot error:

Windows can not load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

I'm running windows 7 64bit

you have a solution?

If you disconnect and reconnect your interface, you must restart easy stand alone.

finaly its conflit with biometric device if i turn off on windows its ok
