The SLESA-IP1 is a very powerful interface which can be controlled over a network. There are several ways it can be used, each listed below:

- Using the SLESA-IP1 with Easy Stand Alone
- Using the SLESA-IP1 with Sunlite Suite 2
- Using the SLESA-IP1 over the internet to update the memory 
- Synchronizing more than one SLESA-IP1
- Using the SLESA-IP1 as an Art-net to DMX converter
