STICK development library

We are working on a huge project which will use several number of STICK with ipad remote control.
We have two questions to ask.
1) Whether the UDP has encrption control??
2) As the end-user would like to have tailor made IPAD user interface.
Whether any development library for us to develop our own apps for this project?

Hi

I have attached our UDP message list. It is possible to lock the interface of the stick with a 4 digit key. You could simulate this 4 digit key over UDP to unlock the STICK.
